Lay out a weekend market. Drag 2 x 6 ft tables onto the floor for Saturday and Sunday, turn them vertical or horizontal, and put a vendor on each numbered table. Vendors can register for a table on the second tab.
Drag tables to move them. They snap to the 1 ft grid. Select a table, then use the arrow keys to nudge it, R to turn it, Delete to remove it. Letters and numbers on the edges mark 5 ft squares for locations. Mark the entrance, exits and fire extinguishers so the spacing checks and walk-in distances work.
Soft checks to help with planning, not a fire code inspection. Follow the venue's fire safety plan and any direction from Toronto Fire Services.
Drag a vendor by the dots onto a table, or select a table and pick the vendor.
Any sheet with a column for the business or vendor name works: an Excel file, a Google Sheets download, or a sign-up form export. Columns for contact, email, phone, Instagram, category, days, tables, power and notes are picked up when present.
Paste registration emails from your form link (several at once is fine), rows copied from Excel or Google Sheets with the heading row, or one vendor name per line.
